It was out since September of 2009 for $299 for a 120GB model. It’s $399 for a 250GB model.

$299 for a 120GB model and $399 for a 250GB model(but the 250 gb model comes with bundles like 2 games and one pad as for the 120gb model its up 2 u 2 choose a bundle if u want but only comes with 1 game and 1 pad)
